KIDSS Software

Version Notes

These version notes contain all the changes made to the KIDSS program during the current school year.

Version 7.1.6 released on 02/14/08

  1. Fixed error in Provider Access to students when using option "Current active caseload".
  2. Fixed error on Clear Business Form verify page that displays if form is being cleared but contains data that has not been filed. Error was in both the Clear and Cancel buttons on this page. Clicking either button caused a "Page not found" error.

Version 7.1.5 released on 02/06/08

  1. Fixed error in student access by provider when "Either of two most recent IEPs" option was selected. Was erroneously including students where provider was not in either of the two most recent IEPs but was in an older IEP.
  2. Fixed error in student access by admin user (admin, data clerk, facilitator, super admin) when selecting option of "**Access ALL Students**" for a particular provider. Was erroneously not selecting any students at all.
  3. Fixed problem with the No IEP reason popup menu. Was not saving value of "Not Evaluated".
  4. Fixed error on Dates entry page. Buttons for switching between Amendment IEP and regular IEP and buttons for changing regular IEP to No IEP were being displayed even when the student was marked as being accessed by another user. Now, if another user is accessing the record, these buttons will not be displayed.
  5. Modified the access of students by provider when the "Current active caseload" option is selected. Previously, only those students that have services in the current FY and those services had not yet ended were included in the Student list for the provider. This new modification changes that access when the provider is the Primary Provider on the servicelines. If the provider is the Primary Provider, then the restriction that "services had not yet ended" is not used. Therefore, the primary provider can see all of their students that have services during the currenty FY even if those services have already ended.
  6. Modified the first page of the entry screens for a New Student. Previously, a Cancel button appeared on this screen until the student was exited (using the Done button). With this change, the Cancel button will now only appear on the New Student screen until the Save button is clicked or the user moves to a different page or different function. At that point, the Cancel button will be removed from the screen.
  7. Modified the Fillout Form page and the Fillout Business Form page - removed the Cancel button. The Cancel button was not serving any purpose. It's function was exactly the same as the Done button.
  8. Added LEA numbers 105, 106, 107, 108, and 109 to the list used for checking Assign Child Count field when doing error checks.
  9. Added Sort function to list of filed documents (both student and business).
  10. Added new Super Admin function: Student Counts. This function will display number of students in database with breakdown by archived, non-archived, have IEP, no IEP, active, inactive.
  11. Added new Super Admin function: Force User Logoff.
  12. Added new Super Admin function: Display Recent Logons. Display Recent Logons will keep track of when user logs off, when they are automatically logged off because of a page timeout, or when they are automatically logged off because of inactivity or they closed the window.
  13. Added new paramater to Agency Preferences page: "Number of days of Recent Logons to save". Values may range from 0 - 14. Default is 2 days. Set parameter to 0 to turn off saving of recent logons.
  14. Modified the System Properties display so that the Database Cache is reported in Kb (kilobytes) rather than in bytes. With this change, the number displayed on the System Properties page is the same as the number entered for Database Cache using the 4D Customizer.
  15. Added Confidentiality Notice to the Email Preferences. Now you can specify a Confidentiality Notice that will be appended to the bottom of the email body for all emails sent. Note that this Confidentiality Notice is plain text - no HTML.
  16. Modified the Admin Message that displays at the top of the main menu. Can now include HTML in the message to customize it.

Version 7.1.4 released on 11/10/07

  1. Changed the default Database Cache Memory setting (accessed using the 4D Customizer) to be 16000K. Previously this value was set at 2048K. This is the value that will be the default in future distributed versions. Users needing a larger cache value can set it themselves using the 4D Customizer. Increasing this value to the larger 16000K will improve performance for databases with large numbers of students.
  2. Added new field: "BP Cal ID" (Building Profile Calendar Identifier) to the Calendar list and detail pages. This non-enterable field is automatically calculated for a calendar. It is either the District number (for a district calendar) or the Building Identifier (for a building calendar) plus the letter "P" if the Preschool checkbox has been checked. This "BP Cal ID" is the value that would appear in the Calendar field of the Building Profile.
  3. Changed the Calendar download page to list the "BP Cal ID" instead of just the district number or building name in the list of calendars available for download. This way, the user can tell the difference between a regular calendar and one that is for the same district or building but also has the Preschool field checked. Building name is still included for building calendars.
  4. Added Building Identifier to the Calendar list and detail pages. For District calendars, this field will be blank.
  5. Modified the Calendar field in the Building Profile. Increased its size from 11 characters to 12.
  6. Modified Calendar Upload so that if a unique calendar is imported, and the option to Use Calendars is true, then student servicelines will be updated (start, end, weeks). Previously, this function was only in the standalone version of the program.
  7. Modified Calendar routines so that the servicelines are only updated when calendars are modified if the Use Calendars is checked in the Preferences & Defaults. Also, for standalone use, whenever the servicelines are to be updated because of a modification to a calendar or importing/deleting a duplicate calendar, the Use Calendars is checked.
  8. Modified the Form creation so that a Prompt can be used with any kind of form (student, business, or IEP entry/print). Previously, the Prompt could only be used with IEP entry/print forms.
  9. Fixed error in display of forms. If a prompt was the very last thing on a form, it was not being displayed. This has been fixed.
  10. Fixed error in Preferences. Transfer of Rights page did not have Next Page button. Provider Disclaimer page had a Next Page button even though it was the last page of the preferences. This has been fixed. Now, the Transfer of Rights page has the Next Page button and the Provider Disclaimer page does not.
  11. Added new function for Super Admin: System Properties menu item. It will display the info previously included in the top portion of the Database Usage display. Will also display the port number and the amount of Database Cache Memory allocated. Also moved the Initialize Usage Data button from the Database Usage display page to the System Properties display page.
  12. Added database size and creation date/time to the System Properties page for Super Admin.
  13. Modified access to student data and access to student IEPs, TIPs, Progress Reports and Alpha List of Students for groups of type Browser. Previously, the list of students would include all who met the specifications for the Browser (i.e., had the correct building or lea number) in any Student IEP record. This access has been modified so that only the most recent Student IEP record is checked to see if a student should be included in the Browser list of students. When determining access by Attendance building or LEA, only servicelines for the current School Year are searched. Also, service must still be being provided (i.e., the End Date on at least one of the service lines must be on or after the current date).
  14. Modified access to student data and access to student IEPs, TIPs, Progress Reports, Error Checks and Alpha List(s) of Students for groups of type Data Clerk. Previously, the list of students would include all who met the specifications for the Data Clerk (i.e., had the correct building or lea number) in any Student IEP record. This access has been modified so that only the most recent Student IEP record is checked to see if a student should be included in the Data Clerk list of students. When determining access by Attendance building or LEA, only servicelines for the current School Year are searched.
  15. Added new Group Permission: Can Print Procedural Dates Report. Initially, all groups that have Can View IEP Docs will get this new permission. This new permission is set false for groups: browser, business, compliance, and regular ed.
  16. Added new variable kind - Drop Down List type 2. This variable is identical to the existing Drop Down List in its function. The difference is in the specification of its values on the Variable entry page. Can have up to 100 different values in the Drop Down List using type 2.
  17. Modified Multiple Check Box variable. Can now specify 20 different checkboxes. Previous limit was 6. Also added Array formatting for Multiple Check Boxes.
  18. Added option to the Collection Download page. If a single student is selected, then the user has the option of downloading a single IEP selected from the list of all IEPs for that student.
  19. Modified the creation of the IEP list when selecting an IEP for printing IEP , progress report, or TIP to display the "a" for Amendment IEP if that option is in effect.
  20. Added back option when printing TIP or Progress Report, if a single student is selected, then allow user to select which IEP to use when determining TIP or Progress Report.
  21. Modified the Progress Report to display the "a" after the Annual Meeting Date for an Amendment IEP if that option is in effect.
  22. Fixed error in Print Blank Student Form and Print Blank Business Form main menu items. Previously, was displaying all forms. Has been fixed so that just those the user has access to according to their Group permissions will be displayed.
  23. Added display of Student Aux ID on the Teacher Info Page if the option is set in Pref & Defaults to use the Aux ID.
  24. Modified behavior of the 'User Manual', 'Help', 'IEP', 'TIP', 'Prog Rpt', 'MIS Errors', and 'General Errors' buttons that appears on all Student entry pages. When any of these button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  25. Modified behavior of the 'Buildings', and 'Calendars' buttons that appear on the Anticipated Chart entry page. When either of these button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  26. Modified behavior of the 'Display HTML for Printing', 'Display Cheat Sheet', and 'Display' buttons that appear on the Student Form entry page. When any of these button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  27. Modified behavior of the 'Display' buttons that appear on the list of Business Filed Documents page. When this button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  28. Modified behavior of the 'Display' button that appears on the entry of Goal Statuses for Progress Reports page. When this button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  29. Modified behavior of the 'Display' button that appears on the entry of Benchmark Statuses for Progress Reports page. When this button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  30. Modified behavior of the 'Display' buttons that appear on the list of Student Filed Documents page. When this button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  31. Modified behavior of the 'Display HTML for Printing', 'Display Cheat Sheet', and 'Display' buttons that appear on the Business Form entry page. When any of these button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  32. Modified behavior of the 'Display' buttons that appear on the list of Image Files page. When this button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  33. Modified behavior of the 'Display' button that appears on the entry of Goal Statuses from the Student Goals page. When this button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  34. Modified behavior of the 'Display' button that appears on the entry of Benchmark Statuses from the Student Goals page. When this button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  35. Added visual prompts (Y/N/blank) to fields Extended School Previous Summer, Kindergarten All Day, Transportation Provided, and Behavior Intervention Plan on Demographics page. Added visual prompt (P/S/J/blank) to field SRS/JJA Placement on Demographics page.
  36. Fixed error in download of student IEP record that is part of the Data Exchange Format. Was including the last data field of the student IEP record twice in the export. Note that this did not affect the upload of records for the Data Exchange Format. Only time this would affect the import is if you were using the Import KIDSS and Export KIDSS functions from the Transfer menu when in single user (non-web) mode from the server when signed on as Administrator.
  37. Modified the way IEPs and TIPs file and print with respect to Amendment IEPs. If the option in Pref & Defaults is set to disallow Amendment IEPs, then the IEP and the TIP will file and print as a regular (non-amendment) IEP regardless of the internal value of the Amendment IEP field. Previously, if an Amendment IEP had been created, then the option for allowing Amendment IEPs was turned off, the IEP and the TIP still filed and printed as though it was an Amendment IEP. With this change, it will now file and print as a non-Amendment IEP.
  38. Modified the Dates page for Super Admin users. If the Pref & Defaults option for allowing Amendment IEPs is set, then Super Admin can change any individual IEP between Amendment and non-Amendment (Regular). This is accomplished by a new button on the Dates page. For an Amendment IEP, this button will be 'Set to Regular IEP'. If the IEP is a non-Amendment IEP, then this button will be 'Set to Amendment IEP'.
  39. Modified the text alignment of the Form Cheat Sheet Key to make it easier to read.
  40. Modified behavior of the 'Note' button that appears on all Student entry pages. When this button was clicked, it was not checking to see if the user had already clicked on another button, nor was it checking to see that the page was completely loaded. This has been fixed so it will do nothing if the page is not completely loaded and will do nothing if another button was previously clicked.
  41. Modified all list pages to use a BLOB instead of a text variable when creating the list of Additional Pages part of the display.

Version 7.1.3 released on 09/27/07

  4. Fixed error on Goal page. If Notes button clicked, then the goal page is indicated as being accessed by another user. This has been fixed.
  5. Fixed error in display of email log. Would only display first page (first 25 messages) of the log. When clicking on a number for another page, it would result in a Page Not Found error. This has been fixed.
  6. Modified the display of forms for printing to use white (#FFFFFF) as background color.
  7. Added 'Find Duplicates' button to the Building list page.
  8. Modified the way the list of variables is constructed for the Customized List. Will now use a BLOB instead of a text variable for this list.
  9. Modified the Attendance Building lookup from the Anticipated Services chart page. When a new building is specified and a new end date is created, the earlier of the two dates, IEP anniversary date or End of School according to the calendar, is used. Previously, this function was always using the End of School date.
  10. Modified the Weeks calculation to use latest modifications made to the Weeks calculation in LEAMIS. Namely, if the number of days of service is less than or equal to five days, then the weeks must be 1; if the number of days of service is less than or equal to ten days, then the weeks must be 2 or less.
  11. Modified the saving of servicelines on the Anticipated Service chart page. If the weeks field is blanked out, then it will be automatically calculated when the serviceline is saved. Previously, you had to click the Save button twice to get the new weeks filled in.
  12. Added more information to the Database Usage page: path names of the 4D application, the WebKIDSS structure file, and the WebKIDSS data file. This information is displayed for Super Admin users only.
  13. Modified the Forms upload. Previously, any new variaables that were created for the form had their 'Include In Searches' checkbox checked. Now, variables that are created for the uploaded form will NOT have the 'Include In Searches' checkbox checked.
  14. Added saving of Date and Time of Installation whenever a new version of WebKIDSS is installed. This date and time is displayed on the Database Usage page. This information is displayed for Super Admin users only.
  15. Added another value to the Reason No IEP list: Not Evaluated.
  16. Modified the maximum allowable length to be 80 characters for values of variables of type Drop Down List and type Multiple Select List. Previously, the maximum length for these values was 40 characters.
  17. Added new indicator to a variable. You can now specify whether or not a variable will appear in the list of variables when creating forms. Initially, when installing version 7.1.3, all variables will be set to 'Include in Form List'. After version 7.1.3 is installed, when new variables are created, they will initially be set to not Include in Form List. Also, variables imported with a form will initially be set to not Include in Form List.
  18. Added Find by 'Include In Form List' to the list of fields to search on when doing a Find from the variable list page.
  19. Added button for "Set 'Include In Form List'" to the variable list page. With this button you can set the 'Include in Form List' indicator for multiple variables at a time.
  20. Added "Display Cheat Sheet" to the form detail page. This will display the form with markers "{###}" for the variables and will display a key at the bottom corresponding to the markers which indicates the name of the variable, type of variable, and values to use when doing a search.
  21. Modified the way Saving on the User Profile works. When the save button is clicked, all fields except Web User Name and Web Password are saved. Then the page is checked for errors. If there are no errors in the Web User Name and Web Password, they are saved. If there are errors in the Web User Name or Web Password, the page is redisplayed with the original values in these two fields along with the appropriate error message.
  22. Added record counts to all list pages for Super Admin (Groups, Users, IEP Entry Lists, IEP Print Lists, Variables, Forms, Buildings, Calendars, LEAs, Eval Procs).
  23. Modified the printing of Benchmarks/Objectives on the IEP. Previously, the message "No Benchmarks/Objectives for this goal" was always displayed whenever Benchmarks were to be printed on the IEP and there were no Benchmarks for a goal. With this change, for IEPs written on or after 07/01/06, if the Preferences and Defaults specify printing Benchmarks on the IEP and no Benchmarks exist for a goal, the message "No Benchmarks/Objectives for this goal" will no longer be displayed. This change is also in effect when saving an IEP as a Filed Document.
  24. Modified the Download Student Fields, Download B/O Status Fields, and Download Goal Status Fields to include Student Agency Predefined variables and student form variables.
  25. Modified the Download Student Fields, Download B/O Status Fields, and Download Goal Status Fields to include an option for exporting the first record as a list of the field names.
  26. Fixed error in the Display of filled out forms. Was not formatting Student Agency Predefined date variables.
  27. Modified the Download Goal Status Fields to use the admin generic Select Students page to select students. Then second page with download options is displayed.
  28. Modified the Download B/O Status Fields to use the admin generic Select Students page to select students. Then second page with download options is displayed.
  29. Fixed error in Add New/Amendment IEP button. Error was: If most recent IEP was an amendment IEP, then when creating a new IEP (non-amendment) the newly created IEP would also be marked as an amendment IEP. This error has been fixed.
  30. Fixed error in business forms. Was not saving value of a single checkbox. Note that this error only occurred for a checkbox in business forms. Checkboxes in student forms worked properly.
  31. Modified heading for printed IEP and for filed IEP. If Amendment IEP, then include extra line at top of heading with words "Amendment IEP" centered under the existing line "INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PROGRAM". Note that the small letter "a" will still appear after the IEP Meeting date in the header for Amendment IEPs.

Version 7.1.2 released on 07/27/07

  1. Added new verifications from FY2008 Data Dictionary (CMB-serviceline setting E for preschool, PRS-setting B,F,R,W for grade 01-12, KTX-too much K-time, USX-status K or Q and no serviceline with U setting with service dates that cover collection period.

  9. Modified the Calendar import/export(single user mode) and the upload/download to read Calendars in the new LEAMIS format.
  10. Modified calendar editing to have new 'Preschool' field. Note that this new field is ONLY to be used for distinguishing between two calendars for the same FY and the same district (or building), i.e., to prevent duplicates.
  11. Added new form variable type: Multiple Select List.
  12. Added new option to drop down list variables. Option to draw a box around the value when it is displayed for printing or as a filed document.
  13. Modified the Form detail entry page for business forms. Changed the 'Display' and 'Display HTML for Printing' buttons so they do not save the form before displaying. They just display what has already been saved for the form. They are independent of the rest of the buttons and the rest of the form. They will now open a new window that contains the form or html. Close this new window by clicking the close box. There is no timing on this new window.
  14. Modified the emailing of forms to use a different attachment filename. Will now create a file name consisting of the letter "E" plus the first 9 characters of the user's name, an underscore ("_"), the first 15 characters of the form name, and the suffix of ".html". Note that all non-digit and non-alpha characters are removed from the user name and form name (including blanks).
  15. Added new Group permission: 'Can Set No IEP'. This permission controls which groups can see and use the 'Set to No IEP' button on the student entry Dates page. Initially, this permission will be given only to super admin users.
  16. Modified the Form detail entry page for student forms.
  17. Added a 'Set to No IEP' button on the Dates student entry page. Clicking this will allow the user to change a student to No IEP status. You can only do this when positioned to the most recent IEP record.
  18. Added auto-convert of data for version 7.1.2 to convert all students whose most recent IEP record contains blank IEP Date, blank Initiation Date, and blank Educ Status to be No IEP students. 'Reason for No IEP' is set to 'Not Placed'. The 'Not Placed Date' is left blank.
  19. Fixed error in Dates entry page. Was getting javascript error - variable not defined - on load when the page was locked (view mode for Browser). This problem has been fixed.
  20. Modified the Form Detail page so that the list of variables in common with other forms is a blob rather than a text variable since the list could be more than 32k. Also fixed error in the generation of this list. Did not have correct html (missing some tags).
  21. Modified the Super Admin "Enter Data in Forms" function under the Business Functions section. Added "Email Document" button to the Form Entry page. This Email function will be available if Emailing is turned on in the Pref & Defaults.
  22. Modified the "Enter Data in Forms" function for Business users. Added "Email Document" button to the Form Entry page. This Email function will be available if the user belongs to a group that has email permission and the user has file permission to the particular form.
  23. Modified the "Enter Data in Forms" function for Students. Added "Email Document" button to the Form Entry page. This Email function will be available if the user belongs to a group that has email permission and the user has file permission to the particular form.
  24. Added new function: "Display Email Log" to a new section "Email" on the Super Admin main menu page. This new function will display a log of all documents emailed.
  25. Added new Pref & Defaults page: "Email Setup". Super Admin can configure basic email setup on this page.
  26. Added new Group permission: Can Email Forms. This permission is always true for Super Admin group. This permission is not available to groups of type Browser or Compliance. It is an option for all other groups. A user in a group with Email Forms permission may email a form if that group has "File" permission for the particular form. Forms for which the group has no permission, or only view or edit permissions, may not be emailed by users in that group.
  27. Added new Super Admin function: Business - "Enter Data into Forms". This function will allow the Super Admin to view/edit/file forms that have been filled out by individual users.
  28. Added new Super Admin function: Business - "Display Filed Documents". This function will allow the Super Admin to view Business Documents that have been filed by individual users.
  29. Added new Super Admin function: Business - "Print a Customized List of Users". This function is similar to the Print Customized List of Students. However, it lists users instead of students. User Profile fields and business form fields may be used in the Customized list.
  30. Modified the Find Student button on the Select Students page so that it will perform searches using the new form variable type Drop Down List.
  31. Modified the Dates student entry page. Added a message stating that to exit a student, both an Exit Date and an Exit Status are required. Now there will be a check on exiting students. To exit a student, an Exit Date and an Exit Status must both be specified. If only the Exit Date but no Exit Status, or only an Exit Status but no Exit Date, then a warning will be issued and the user cannot proceed until both Exit Date and Exit Status are entered, or neither Exit Date nor Exit Status are entered.
  32. Fixed error in Next Page and Prev Page buttons on student entry pages. These buttons failed to operate (i.e., didn't change to a different page) if the next page (or prev page) was restricted by age limits and should not be used for the student. These buttons have been fixed so now they will skip over pages that are not age appropriate for the student.
  33. Modified the printed IEP and the TIP. If the IEP is an Amendment IEP, then a small letter "a" will be placed after the IEP Date(s).
  34. Added new form variable type: Drop Down List.
  35. Added new option to Pref & Defaults: "Truncate End Dates on Previous IEP and use new Initiation Date for Begin Date when Amendment IEP created". This new option has no effect if the Allow Amendment IEPs checkbox is not checked. When Allow Amendment IEPs is checked, then if this new "Truncate..." option is checked, when a new Amendment IEP is created, the previous IEP will have service line End Dates truncated to the new Initiation Date minus one day, and service line Begin Dates in the Amendment IEP will be set to the new Initiation date. If the "Truncate..." option is not selected, then a new Initiation Date will not be requested, all service lines from the previous IEP will be copied asis to the new Amendment IEP, and the service lines from that previous IEP will be left intact (i.e., no truncation of End Dates).
  36. Modified the fill out forms function for students so that the user can view the forms for archived students. Previously, the only way to view forms was with the Display button on the page. Now, the form will be displayed for all students - forms for archived students, or forms for an archived IEP cannot be modified.
  37. Modified the admin function: "Replace Providers". Added the selection of a set of students on which to perform this function.
  38. Fixed error in the "Print Alpha List of Students with Providers". Was not properly marking the Primary Provider.
  39. Added new admin function: "Replace Buldings". This function is similar to the Replace Providers functions with the exception that you can perform this operation on a selected set of students.
  40. Added new field to Student IEP record: "Not Placed Date". Entry of this date can be made from the Dates entry page. It is intended for use with the No IEP reason of Not Placed.

  42. Modified the admin function "Print List of non-archived Students with No Services in this Fiscal Year" to exclude students marked as "No IEP".
  43. Modified the admin function "Print List of non-archived Students with No Primary Provider" to exclude students marked as "No IEP".
  44. Added new admin main menu function: "Print List of 'No IEP' students.
  45. Restructured the State Standards to load faster. Also changed the appearance of the index into the State Standards using font size and indentation to make the index more readable.
  46. Added new Super Admin function: Manage Group Membership. This is a new item under the Group category on the main menu. It will allow the Super Admin to quickly assign users to groups.
  47. Updated the Combine users function to include groups of type Compliance and Business.

Version 7.1.1 released on 06/03/07

  1. Fixed error in download of forms. Was not properly downloading info about the type of form (business or student).
  2. Fixed error in save of weeks on Anticipated Services Chart entry page. Was not saving weeks if begin and end dates were not within calendar for the building and fiscal year. Weeks for summer school services would appear to be saved but would disappear when student displayed again. This has been fixed.
  3. Modified the Calendar Delete function to check if the calendar deleted was the last of a set of duplicates. If it was, then the servicelines that use that calendar are updated (begin date, end date, weeks) using the start of school and end of school for the single remaining calendar from the set of duplicates. If the begin date of a serviceline was equal to the start of school for the deleted calendar, then the begin date in the serviceline is replaced with the start of school from the unique remaining calendar. If the end date of a serviceline was equal to the end of school for the deleted calendar, then the end date in the serviceline is replaced with the end of school from the unique remaining calendar. Weeks are recalculated and replace the existing weeks only if the new weeks are less than the existing weeks. This change is for both web and single user mode.
  4. Added protection to Customized lists. Added fields for Create Date, Create by, Modify Date, and Modify by to the saved field lists that can be saved when creating a Customized List. Put in checking so that only the creator or Super Admin may modify or delete a saved field list.
  5. Added back the feature which allowed admin users to select which IEP to print (from main menu) when only a single student selected. If multiple students selected, then most recent IEP is printed for all. If only a single student is selected, then the user will get a choice of which IEP to print.
  6. Added form fields to the Customized List. Any form variable (including checkboxes, radio buttons, and multiple checkboxes) can now be used as a column of a Customized List. Sorting of the list, however, is still restricted to character, date, and number fields from the Student record or the IEP record.
  7. Added saving Report Title to the Customized List.
  8. Modified the "Renumber" button on the Anticipated Services Chart entry page. Now called "Sort and Renumber". It will now sort the servicelines by Fiscal Year with the current fiscal year at the top before renumbering the servicelines.
  9. Modified the "Locate a Student" function. When used by an administrator user (admin, data clerk, facilitator, super admin) there will now appear an Edit Record button on each found student as well as the Edit Selection button at the bottom of the list. Clicking the Edit Record button will take the user directly into editing of just that single student.

Version 7.1.0 released on 05/28/07

  1. Modified Calendar upload and Building Profile upload to check that the file being uploaded is of the correct type.
  2. Modified the Edit Calendars function from the main menu. Updated with all latest changes so WebKIDSS calendar edit works like LEAMIS calendar edit.
  3. Modified Edit Calendars function. If Calendar Start of School, End of School, or weeks details are modified from web using Edit Calendars function, Service lines are updated. If old Begin date in serviceline was same as old Start of School date for modified calendar, then the Begin date in serviceline is replaced with the new Start of School date. If old End date in serviceline was same as old End of School date for modified calendar, then the End date in serviceline is replaced with the new End of School date. If Begin Date or End Date in serviceline is modified, or if the weeks detail of the Calendar is modified, then new weeks are calculated for the servicelines. This new weeks number will replace the old weeks in the serviceline only if it is less than the existing number of weeks.
  4. Modified the Edit School Calendars function from the Setup menu when running in single user mode. Updated with all latest changes so WebKIDSS calendar edit works like LEAMIS calendar edit.
  5. Modified the Edit School Calendars function from the Setup menu when running in single user mode. If Calendar Start of School, End of School, or weeks details are modified from single user mode, Service lines are updated.
  6. Modified the Building Display from the Anticipated Services Chart. Added "Cal" column to the display - will list which calendar used for the building - either the District calendar or a specific Building calendar.
  7. Modified the Download Student Fields main menu function to use initial selection of students according to the admin popup menu for which students: i.e., archived, non-archived, both archived and non-archived.
  8. Fixed error in Print Blank Form. Cancel button would not function unless a form had been selected. This has been fixed so Cancel button always works.
  9. Changed name of Print Blank Form on main menu for all users to Print Blank Student Form.
  10. Added new main menu item for Super Admin and Business users: Print Blank Business Form.
  11. Modified Delete Variable function to work with Business variables. Note: When a Student variable is deleted, then all student records that have values for the deleted variable will have those values removed. Now, when a Business variable is deleted, then all user records that have values for the deleted variable will have those values removed.
  12. Modified the Delete Group function. When a Group is deleted, that group is now deleted from all User group lists. Also, if the deleted group was the logon group for a user, that user is now set inactive until a new logon group is assigned to that user.
  13. Modified the Delete Group function on the Group Detail page. Now will give warning if Group currently has users.
  14. Modified the User Detail page. Added line, for users in a Provider group, to indicate the number of IEPs where the provider appears on servicelines.
  15. Modified the Delete User function on the User Detail page. Now will give warning if User belongs to a Provider Group and is listed as a provider on any service lines.
  16. Modified the Collection download. Fixed problem with order in which records are exported. Problem was with multiple IEP records with the same IEP date. If multiple IEP records have same IEP date, then the new export order now is to export those IEP records in reverse order of creation. This way, they will be imported into LEAMIS and appear there in their correct order of creation.
  17. Modified the Create New IEP function. When new IEP is created (only for regular IEP, not Amendment IEP or non-IEP), then servicelines from previous IEP may need to be shortened (i.e., put new End Dates in previous servicelines). Previously, End Dates were shortened to be the new Initiation Date for the new IEP. The change is: End Dates are shortened to the new IEP Date minus one day. This change makes WebKIDSS work the same way as LEAMIS.
  18. Modified the Create Amendment IEP function. Now, a new Initiation Date is required before creating the Amendment IEP.
  19. Modified the Create Amendment IEP function. Previously, when an Amendment IEP was created, the servicelines from the previous IEP were all copied with no modification. Now, servicelines copied from the previous IEP will have their Start Dates set to the new Initiation Date. New Weeks will be calculated for these servicelines. Servicelines for the next fiscal year will be copied with no modification. Any servicelines with a Start Date after the new Initiation Date will keep their previous Start Date. Any servicelines with an End Date on or before the new Initiation Date will not be copied to the Amendment IEP.
  20. Modified the Create Amendment IEP function. When an Amendment IEP is created, then servicelines from the previous IEP may need to be shortened (i.e., put new End Dates in previous servicelines). Previously, servicelines in the previous IEP were not modified. Now, End Dates for servicelines from the previous IEP will be shortened to the Amendment IEP's new Initiation Date minus one day. Any servicelines in the previous IEP with a Start Date on or after the Initiation Date of the new Amendment IEP will be deleted.
  21. Added "Student Status (most recent IEP)" line to the Demographics page for students. This will tell the current status of the student based on the most recent IEP, regardless of which IEP is being displayed on the Demographics page. Values are: Active, Exited, or No IEP. A value of Exited means there is an exit date and exit status in the most recent IEP. A value of No IEP means that the most recent IEP was created as a non-IEP record. If status is neither Exited nor No IEP, then the status is Active.
  22. Fixed error in Find button on Variable list page. After the find, it was displaying Student Predefined variables with blank names. This has been fixed so variables with blank names are not displayed.
  23. Modified the 'Set Include in Searches' button on the variables list page. Will now restrict the total variables that can be processed at a single time to 300. Larger numbers of variables were causing problems with the server and with the browser.
  24. On Student entry pages, shortened the names of several buttons. Changed 'Display IEP', 'Display TIP', 'Display Prog Rpt', 'Display MIS Errors', 'Display General Errors', and 'Display Calendars' by removing the word Display from each button name. Note the first five of these appear on all main pages for Student entry. The Display Calendars button only appears on the Anticipated Services Chart entry page.
  25. On Student entry page for Anticipated Services chart, modified the Calendar button so that it will only display calendars that are used by the current servicelines. However, that display has a button for displaying all calendars.
  26. On Student entry page for Anticipated Services chart, added a Building button that will display buildings that are used by the current servicelines. That display has a button for displaying all buildings marked to use for attendance buildings.
  27. Modified the Check Students for Errors function from the main menu to have two options when selecting which IEPs to check. Now will either check all IEPs for current school year (previous option), or check only the most recent IEP (new option).
  28. Modified the heading on the List of Verifications for a student when the Check for Errors is done. Will now have the current FY in the heading.
  29. Added User name fields (First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Full Name (first, last) and Full Name (last, first) to the list of User Profile Predefined variables. Note that these are not modifiable from the User Profile menu item. They may only be changed by a Super Admin user when editing Users.
  30. Added new option to Group Permissions: 'Can See Students SSN'. Initially, all groups will be allowed to see SSNs, with the exception of Browser Groups, Compliance Groups, Business Groups, and Regular Ed Groups. Browser Groups, Compliance Groups and Business Groups will never be allowed to see students' SSNs. Permission may be given to Regular Ed Groups. Super Admin users will always have permission to see the students SSNs. If this permission is not given, then the Student SSN will be masked out (#########) on the Demographics page after a newly created student is saved. This field will then only be displayed and modifiable by a user in a group that has permission. The SSNs will also be masked out (form those without permission) on all reports and lists.
  31. Added new option to Preferences & Defaults: Checkbox on Agency Pref page for 'Print Provider Disclaimer with Services Chart'. If this checkbox is checked, then a Provider Disclaimer will display after the Anticipated Services Chart on the Teacher Info Page, and on the IEP if the Anticipated Services Chart is included there. Added new page to Preferences & Defaults for entry of Provider Disclaimer. Default value for Provider Disclaimer is "Providers may be changed without notice at any time.".
  32. Modified the printing of the Anticipated Services Chart on the Teacher Info Page and on an IEP (if included) so that the Provider Disclaimer is displayed after the chart if that option has been set in the Preferences & Defaults.
  33. Modified Demographics page to use the new Group permissions to mask tudent SSN after initial entry. If masking, then the SSN field is only enterable/viewable when entering a new student. This is true for all users except Super Admin. For Super Admin, the SSN field for students is always enterable/viewable (unless the record is locked because it is in use by another user).
  34. Modified the following reports by adding KIDS ID to the list of fields displayed: 1) Students with blank/duplicate SSN, 2) Alpha List of students, 3) Alpha List of students for School Year, 4) List of students with no services in current fiscal year, 5) Alpha List of students with Providers, 6) Alpha List of students with Aux Users, 7) Alpha List of students with Reg Ed Users.
  35. Modified the Column Heading/Field Label for all reports/pages that include the KSDE KIDS ID to now just call it KIDS ID. Note that this change was not made in the Header portion of the IEP. This IEP header is the only place the change was not made.
  36. Modified the following reports/lists/pages to mask the student's SSN if the new Group Permission for showing SSNs is not checked: 1) Teacher Info Page, 2) List of students found using Locate Student function, 3) List of students with no services in current fiscal year, 4) List of students with no primary provider, 5) List of students with blank/duplicate SSNs - will mask first 5 digits (#####9999), 6) Alpha List of students, 7) Alpha List of students for School Year, 8) List of students with blank/duplicate KIDS IDs, 9) Alpha List of students with Providers, 10) Alpha List of students with Aux Users, 11) Alpha List of students with Reg Ed Users, 12) Archive Student page, 13) Delete Student page, 14) Delete Student IEP page, 15) Delete Multiple Student page, 16) Customized Lists, 17) Snoop Student records.
  37. When on the Form detail page, clicking the Display HTML for Printing button will cause the HTML of the form to be displayed. On that display, moved the OK button from the bottom to the top.
  38. Modified the Delete function from the Form Detail page. Now has the option to "Delete Form Variables unique to this form". Selecting this option will cause any regular (non-predefined) variables in the form that do not appear in any other form to be deleted when the form itself is deleted.
  39. Added radio button, checkbox, and multiple checkbox form variables to the list of variables that can be included in searches when finding students.
  40. Added a new button to the Variables list page: Set Include in Searches. Clicking this button will allow you to change the setting of the Include in Searches for the current selection of Variables. Rearranged placement of buttons.
  41. Added Anticipated Services Chart to the list of parts that can be used when creating a custom IEP to be printed. If used, will print like the Anticipated Services Chart on the Teacher Info Page. Will also include section for K-Time.
  42. Update Form Upload/Download for new form variable types.
  43. Added entry of Business Agency Predefined variables on the User Detail page and on the User Profile page.
  44. Added "User Profile" fields to the internal user record. These new fields are Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip Code, Office Phone, Home Phone, Cell Phone, Email Address 1, and Email Address 2.
  45. Added "Edit User Profile" to the main menu for all users. This will allow users to enter/edit their own user profile. They may also allowed to change their logon user name and logon password. They are not allowed to change their name. Changes to a user's name (first, middle initial, last) must be handled by the Super Admin user.
  46. Added new form variable type - "User Profile Predefined". These 10 new variables (e.g., Address Line 1, Office Phone, etc.) reflect the 10 new fields in the User record that can be modified via the User Profile. They may be used in business forms. When used in business forms, they will get their values from the current user. These fields are not available for use in Student forms.
  47. Added new form variable type - "Business Agency Predefined". This variable type is similar to the Student Agency Predefined. Variables of this new Business Agency Predefined will show up in the User Profile and in the User Detail page for data entry. They may be used as predefined (non-enterable) fields in Business forms.
  48. Added new indicator to variables: "Include in Searches". If this checkbox on the Variable Detail page is checked for a variable, then the variable will appear in the list of fields to search. Note that all predefined variables are marked as "Included". Initially, all form variables of type Char, Text Box, and Date will be marked as "Included".
  49. When on the Form detail page, clicking the Display button will cause the form to be displayed. On that display, moved the OK button from the bottom to the top. Now the OK to return to the detail page will always be there and work. Previously, if the form had html errors, it was possible that the OK button would not display and the user had no way to return to the detail page.
  50. Fixed error in Form Detail page. If a variable used in the form had become undefined (deleted or not imported with form), then the procedure that prepared the form for display on the Form Detail page would go into an endless loop. This has been fixed. Now, if an undefined variable is encountered in a form, it is replaced with [--***Missing*Variable***--] which will cause an error to be displayed.
  51. Fixed error in Form Detail page. In translating variable markers into variable names when the form is expanded for display on the Form Detail page, if the form size is at or near its maximum size, the variable marker replacement might fail. This has been fixed.
  52. Added the list of variables used in the form to the Forms detail page.
  53. Modified save of Anticipated Services Chart entry page. Will automatically recalculate weeks field if the Begin Date, End Date, or Building changes. If there is already a value in the weeks field, then this new automatic calculation will only replace the existing non-zero value if the new value is less than the existing one. An value of 0 (i.e., no existing value) for the weeks will always be replaced when the Begin Date, End Date, or Building changes.
  54. On the Teacher Info Page, Anticipated Services section, moved the LEA to the left of the Building Name.
  55. Changed order of fields on the Anticipated Services Chart entry page.
  56. Added "Dup All for Next Year" button to the Anticipated Services Chart. This button is only available if Pref&Defaults are set to "Use Calendars". Clicking this button will dup all servicelines that have the small button "Dup Next Yr" in the last column. Note that the Dup Next Yr button only appears for servicelines with a Begin Date in the same FY as the IEP Date.
  57. Hooked up the "Has IEP" field in student IEP record with the Student Selection popup menu for Providers.
  58. Modified the Select Student page for Admin (includes Admin, Data Clerk, and Super Admin), Aux Users, and Reg Ed users to have new option for selecting students: "No IEP". If this option (radio button) is selected, then only students with "Has IEP" field set to false will be selected. Modified the choices "Active", "Inactive", "Both Active and Inactive" to select only students with "Has IEP" field set to true.
  59. Added the No IEP and popup list of Reason not IEP to the student Dates/Ed Status entry page.
  60. Modified the student Dates/Ed Status entry page. Added message about changing "No IEP" to "Has IEP". Must enter IEP Date, Initiation Date, and Ed Status to change from "No IEP" to "Has IEP". If the student IEP record is "No IEP", then there is checking when the page is submitted to the server to make sure that if any of IEP Date, Initiation Date, or Ed Status are entered, then they all three must be entered or else the "No IEP" cannot be changed and the page will not be submitted.
  61. Added field to the Student IEP record: "Has IEP". This field will be true for regular IEPs. This field will be false for new IEPs that are created as a non-IEP record, i.e., they are for a student in testing, not placed, etc.
  62. Added field to the Student IEP record: "Reason not IEP". This field will contain a value explaining why a Student IEP record is not an IEP. Current values for this field are "In Process", "Not Placed", and "504".
  63. Added new student IEP fields "Has IEP" and "Reason not IEP" to the KIDSS upload/download and the Data Exchange Format upload/download. For versions prior to 7.1.x, upload will automatically set "Has IEP" to true and "Reason not IEP" to blank.
  64. Modified the sort of Student IEP records. Fields now involved in sorting are: 1) "Has IEP" (false will sort higher than true), 2) "IEP Date" (newer dates sort higher), and 3) internal record number (higher numbers, i.e., more recently created records) sort higher.
  65. Modified the Create New IEP screen so that it has option for creating a new IEP record that is a non-IEP. I.e, the "Has IEP" field is set false, and the user must specify a "Reason not IEP" from a popup list. This option for creating a non-IEP will only display when the student's most recent IEP is exited.
  66. Modified the Create New Student function so that the new IEP record for the new student has "Has IEP" marked false. User will need to specify the "Reason not IEP" on the Demographics page.
  67. Modified the Demographics Page to include a new information under the list of IEPs in the upper right corner. If the current IEP is a non-IEP (i.e., "Has IEP" is false), then a popup list for "Reason not IEP" will be displayed. The "Reason not IEP" can be modified from this popup list for IEPs marked with "Has IEP" of false.
  68. Modified the Student Save routine so that if an IEP date is entered on the Dates page and the previous IEP date was blank, the new field "Has IEP" will automatically be set to true and the new field "Reason not IEP" will be set to blank.
  69. Added new fields to Staff records: "Last Time Logged On", "Last Date Logged Out", "Last Time Logged Out".
  70. Implemented Business user with main menu page. Menu items are "Enter Data into Forms" and "View Filed Documents".
  71. Modified filling out of forms (both Student and Business forms) so that forms that do not have enterable fields will be displayed in the list of available forms. Normally, only View permissions should be given to a group for these forms with no enterable fields. However, if you wish that these forms can be filed, then the View/Edit/File permission can be given to groups.
  72. Modified the Form Upload/Download functions to accommodate the new internal structure of forms and variables.
  73. Modified the Data Exchange Format Upload/Download functions to accommodate the new internal structure of variables.
  74. Created new kind of form: "Business Form".
  75. Modified the Form List page. Deleted "Create New Form" button. Replaced with "Create New Student Form" button and "Create New Business Form" button.
  76. Changed the type name of report forms. They will now be called Student Forms. The 4 types of forms: Student Forms, IEP Page, IEP Header, and Business Forms.
  77. Added new Form detail page for specifying Business forms. It is similar to the Form detail page for specifying Student forms but has all the student specific details removed. Note that in the specification of group access to a Business form, only Business groups are allowed.
  78. Modified the Form detail page for specifying Student forms. In the specification of groups access to a Student form, Business groups are not allowed access.
  79. Created new kind of variable: "Business Form" variable. This kind can only be used in business forms.
  80. Modified the Variable List page. Added "Kind" field to the Variable List page. Will indicate the kind of variable: Student Predefined (previously called Predefined), Student Agency Predefined (previously called Agency Predefined), Preferences Predefined (previously included with Regular), Student Form (previously called Regular and included the Preferences Predefined), and Business Form (new kind).
  81. Modified the Variable List page. Removed the "List Regular", "List Predef", and "List Agency Predef" buttons. Added popup list "List by Kind". Deleted "Add New Variable" button. Replaced with "Add New Student Variable" button and "Add New Business Variable" button.
  82. Modified the Variable Detail page. For Student variables (Student Form and Student Agency Predefined), removed the Agency Predefined checkbox and replaced it with radio buttons for Student Form and Student Agency Predefined.
  83. Split the Group permission of Delete/Archive Student into two permissions: Delete Student and Archive Student.
  84. Changed the fields in the Group upload/download to reflect the splitting of the Delete/Archive Student permissions.
  85. Added new Group: Business. This group will only be allowed access to Business forms. No access to student data or student forms.
  86. Added option to Preferences&Defaults: Allow Amendment IEP. If this checkbox is checked, then the new IEP button on the Student Demographics page will be "Add New/Amendment IEP Record". If this checkbox is not checked, then the new IEP button on the Student Demographics page will be "Add New IEP Record".
  87. Added field to the Student IEP record: "Is Amendment IEP". This field will keep track of new IEP records that are Amendment IEPs. Modified the scrolling list display of IEP records on the Student Entry pages: will include an "a" (lower case "a") after the status for Amendment IEPs.
  88. Added field to the Student IEP record: "Last Modified by". This field will keep track of the last person to modify the IEP record. It will be visible on the Demographics page for Super Admin users only.
  89. Removed option for Downloading KIDSS data from main menu for Super Admin, Admin, and Data Clerk users. Moved option for Uploading KIDSS data to the Special Functions part of the main menu.
  90. Modified wording on Group entry screen. Option for downloading KIDSS save/restore files has been removed. New wording for the option is "Can upload KIDSS backup/restore files:", i.e., "upload/download" has been replaced with just "upload".
  91. Modified the Locate a Student function so that it will search both archived and non-archived students when a non-admin user is performing the search. When an admin user (Super Admin, Admin, Data Clerk, Facilitator) is using this function, they must first make sure the Select Students popup menu is set they way they want to do the search. Also fixed error in the search for admin users.
  92. Changed definition of "inactive" status. Previously, inactive meant having an exit status code. New definition requires valid exit status code AND and exit date. Students who are not "inactive" are considered "active". Active students now include all students with an active status code or a blank status code, even if they have an exit date.
  93. Modified Group entry page for Browser groups. Now have option of specifying whether or not Browser groups may view image files.
  94. Modified the Function menu that appears when viewing/editing student data. If user has permission to only view student data, the menu item will be "View IEP Data" rather than "Enter IEP Data" which is what displays when the user has permission to edit the data. Also, if the user has only view permissions for forms, that menu item will be "View Forms Data". If the user has permissions other than view for forms, then that menu item will be "Enter Forms Data".
  95. Fixed error in Browser permissions where a browser without view or edit student data permissions but with permissions to view forms or view images could not access the forms or images. This has been fixed so that if any of the view/edit student, view forms, or view images permissions, then the View Students menu item will appear on the browser's main menu and that function will allow access to those portions of the student data (IEP data, images, forms).
  96. Removed the verification "Servicelines contain S setting but Extended School Year Previous Summer not Y".
  97. Modified all internal context lists to use Blobs instead of text variables. This way, there can be a virtually unlimited number of items selected in a list.
  98. Fixed error in procedure that detects type and version of a file upload. For KIDSS backup/restore upload, was only detecting version 6.0 and greater. Now has been fixed to also detect and identify version 5.2 KIDSS backup/respore file being uploaded.
  99. Removed Placement Consent Date from the Collection download. Will export nothing for that field. Export list of fields remains the same as before, just that no values will be exported for the Placement Consent Date. Placement Consent Date field was removed from data entry pages at beginning of FY07 but was still in the export list.
  100. Added header record to Collection Download. Header record consists of 2 fields: "WebKIDSS Collection" is field 1; version number of collection export is field 2. Initial version number is "1". This header record will be read by LEAMIS to ensure proper field order using the new Import WebKIDSS Collection feature in LEAMIS vFY2007.4.
  101. Fixed error in Form save. If the Use checkbox was unchecked, then the form should have been removed from all IEP Entry Screen Lists and from all IEP Print Order Lists. It was not doing that. This has been corrected.
  102. Modified startup procedure to properly initialize a New database so that the timeout for accessing from web is not zero. Also, put in initialization of names of screens for new database.
  103. Added "Z0 - Private Parochial" to the list of building types in the Building Profile. Added "10 - Infant Toddler Facility" to the list of building levels in the Building Profile.

  105. Added verification check for students in grades 01-12 that are in preschool building (building level = 5 or building level = 10).
  106. Fixed error in Find Student functions on the Select Student page for Admin users (Find Students for Providers, Find Students for Aux Users, Find Students for Browsers, Find Students for Regular Ed, and Find Individual Students).
  107. Modified the 'LEAMIS' weeks calculator. It was previously modified to not count an End Date of Sunday as a week or count a Start Date of Saturday as a week. However, in the check for overlapping IEPs, this change was not included. This has been fixed. Now, an IEP with servicelines that terminate on a Sunday and with new IEP servicelines that start the next day (Monday) will not be considered as overlapping IEPs and both will be given their full amount of weeks.
