The Para Committee met with the
Keystone Board of Directors March 12, 2008 with these recommendations: |

Add one hour
per paraeducator per week of non-student time to meet with teacher or
for learning opportunities. |
||||||||||||||
The Para to
Teacher program will grow to include tuition reimbursement. |
||||||||||||||
A
salary schedule will be developed based on years of service and inservice
hours. |
